Grant was born and raised in the United Kingdom. He began drawing and painting at an early age, and left high school to study Art at West Herts College, Watford. It was during his GNVQ in Art and Design that he discovered his passion for Fashion, which led him to enroll at University Northampton, where he completed his BA degree in Fashion in 2001.

After graduating, he was awarded a small business loan from the Prince's Trust to start his own label of illustrated T shirts and Accessories. It was during this time that he was offered freelance illustration work which led to full-time design work in London. Grant designed for UK brands specializing in graphics and surface textiles.

In July 2007 Grant left England to embark on a journey that took him stateside. Over the past ten years he has designed for Abercrombie & Fitch, American Eagle, Old Navy and Janie and Jack. He has moved from coast to coast living and working in New York, Columbus Ohio, San Francisco  and currently resides on the West Coast in California.

Grant continues to pursue his passion for illustration, and makes art and freelances in his spare time. He started My Jetsetter Life in 2014. Inspired by travel posters of the 1950's and 60's, Grant captures the modern day jetsetter, selling illustrated travel guides and prints. Through this he has gained recognition though his website and instagram to work with BRITISH VOGUE, THE VICEROY, PINK DOT, PALM SPRING STYLE, and JAMES NEW YORK.
